Neuvirth is likely to get the honor of starting for the Sabres after they honor Hasek and is 2-2-1 versus Detroit with a 3.66 goals against average and .898 save percentage. Neuvirth was in excellent form on Sunday in a 2-1 loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning, keeping his club in the game with 45 saves.
