Cleveland, OH (SportsNetwork.com) - LeBron James scored 26 points one day after missing practice with flu-like symptoms and the Cleveland Cavaliers easily picked up their fourth consecutive win, rolling past the Utah Jazz 106-92 on Wednesday night. All five Cleveland starters scored in double digits in a game that was a rout from the second quarter on. Kevin Love had 19 points and 13 rebounds and Kyrie Irving scored 18 after missing the teams shootaround because he felt sick. Timofey Mozgov added 16 points and 11 rebounds and fellow new addition J.R. Smith scored 15 in the win. The Cavaliers have scored at least 106 points in all four of their recent wins, which came on the heels of six consecutive losses, the first five without James while he missed two weeks because of back and knee injuries. James said he started feeling sick Monday and sat out Tuesdays practice with flu-like symptoms. He participated in the teams shootaround Wednesday and was 8-of-16 from the field against Utah, also contributing nine assists and seven rebounds. Enes Kanter had 24 points and 17 rebounds to lead the Jazz, who have dropped five of their last six. They scored 40 points in the first half three days after getting just 27 in the first 24 minutes of an 89-69 loss at San Antonio, their worst offensive game of the season. The play of the game came during an 18-4 Cavs run in the third quarter that gave them a 28-point lead. It started when Irving tipped a Jazz pass in the lane on the Utah side of the court and ended with his alley-oop to Love for a dunk at the other end. But it was Smith who raised the steal-to-dunk highlight to a different level. Standing under the basket with his back to the play, he threw his hands up over his head to tap the deflected pass back to Irving, starting the rush. The game of basketball is a creative, beautiful sport, said Cavs coach David Blatt. Cleveland took an 82-62 lead into the fourth quarter and Utah was never closer than 12 after that. It was a different story in the first meeting between the teams this season, when Gordon Hayward hit a jumper at the buzzer to lift the Jazz to a 102-100 win on Nov. 5 in Salt Lake City, snapping Utahs three-game losing streak in the series. Hayward had 14 points in this one while Derrick Favors and Elijah Millsap each scored 12. James scored the first five points and Smith had six during a 15-3 run to end the first quarter, which turned a one-point deficit into a 31-20 lead going into the second. The Cavs never trailed again. They led by as many as 18 in the second quarter on the way to a 53-40 advantage at halftime behind James 15 points. Game Notes The Cavs recalled guard Joe Harris from Canton of the NBA Development League after he scored 18 points in the Charges win over the Delaware 87ers earlier on Wednesday.
