The 28-year-old netminder Crawford was helped off the ice with a lower-body injury with 6:15 left in the first period. Crawford headed to the tunnel with back-up Antti Raanta will coming in to relieve him. He had faced just four shots in the game, with the Blackhawks leading 2-0 at the time of his injury.
